I've always loved the concept of Murphy beds, but this company goes beyond expanding just a bedroom. If I had a tiny space I would seriously consider this furniture.

Did you see the Hong Kong architect that made "dozens" of rooms with his 300 sf apt? Youtube--it is genius!
